Q: Does the GPS tracker work with Verizon or Sprint?
A: Our GT series GPS tracker and TK series GPS tracker only work with SIM card which supports GSM 2G network, now only T-mobile supply 2G network in US.
Would recommend to activate the Ablegrid SIM card comes with the GPS tracker or go to local T-mobile to get a 2G SIM card.

Q: Where I can get a phone number for my Ablegrid SIM card?
A: Please visit www.ablegrid.com click “SIMcard Activate”to activate the SIM card and pay a plan for it first.
You will receive a confirmation E-mail from Ablegrid with SIM card phone number.

Q: I use my phone to call the sim card phone number, but it says the service is locked, why?
A: This sim card only supports DATA, you can not make phone call and send SMS message, this is the best DATA sim card for the tracker, which use App or Web Platform to track.
